A private web app that tracks customers, installment sales, collections and defaulters, with WhatsApp receipts and reports.

A retail shop that sells products on monthly installment plans.
The challenge
Installment sales were tracked in registers and spreadsheets. Finding who was late, how much was outstanding or a customer's full history took too long, and receipts were written by hand.

- Customer profiles with guarantors and full payment history
- Installment sales with down payment and automatic schedules
- Fast payment collection with printable and WhatsApp receipts
- Overdue and defaulter lists for daily follow-up
- Daily collection, outstanding balance and sales reports
- User roles, activity log, backups and versioned deployments with one-step rollback
